Market Access and Healthcare Strategy Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic plans for market access and healthcare engagement for upcoming launches in cellular therapies and hematology.
* Drive the market access strategy and support the development of local plans with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Ensure adaptation of global value dossiers and health economic evidence to meet national requirements.
* Evolve pricing strategies and negotiation models for launches in cellular therapies.
* Pursue joint scientific consultation processes for innovative products.
* Provide strategic input into key clinical activities.
* Participate in due diligence to critically assess product concepts.
* Collect and analyze competitor data on market positioning, pricing strategies, and market access tactics.
* Track, collect, and synthesize health economic data and outcomes research.
Requirements
* Academic degree in health economics, economics, or natural sciences.
* Long-standing experience in market access consultancy or pharmaceutical industry.
* Expertise in managing health economic evidence for HTA agencies.
* Thorough understanding of health economic models and evidence.
* Teamplayer mentality and ability to work in a matrix organization.
* Intercultural competence and excellent project management skills.
