How you’ll make an impact
5. You design, implement, and optimize ITIL governed data center networks which include but are not limited to switches, routers, load balancers and proxy servers
6. You work on projects & proof of concepts (PoC) as assigned by the team lead
7. You configure and maintain the network infrastructure (different configuration tasks, software updates, hardening as per security regulations, etc.)
8. You automate the provisioning of the network services and actively look for improvements in your own network responsibility area while ensuring the compliance with the company security standards and policies
9. You troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of reported problems as well as proactively monitor the network infrastructure
10. You develop new and maintain the existing documentation (network diagrams, job-aids, and procedures, CMDB)
11. You support the on-call duty (by rotation)
Your success is grounded in
12. Education
13. You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in Computer Science, Cisco network certifications are a plus
14. Experience & Skills
15. Additionally, you have several years of working experience in complex network infrastructure management, design, implementation, and optimization
16. You are an expert in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) and Cisco Nexus based data center networks
17. You bring advanced knowledge in Phyton or equivalent scripting language
18. Proxy & Load balancers, as well as Virtualization & Cloud technologies - are familiar territory for you
19. You bring advanced analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team
