It offers an end-to-end solution covering front-, mid-, and back-office functions, which can be extensively customized through configuration to meet customer needs.You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering solutions to customers. This team is dedicated to new implementations of 'Miles' and supports the customer until go-live and during the hyper-care period. Afterward, the support team, which you will join, takes over.As a Support Consultant, you will have two roles:Support Role:You will serve as the contact point for customers regarding questions and defects, ensuring a qualified understanding of issues, conducting full analysis, and assisting in implementing solutions.You will monitor progress, plan, and keep customers informed about ticket status.Business Consultant Role:This role focuses on change requests, requiring you to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and propose solutions to customers.You will guide the entire process and test the final solution before hand-over.During daily Scrum meetings, priorities will be set regarding defects and issues. You can also add your own contributions to daily tasks and schedules.Your Skills and InterestsBecause of the dual role, it is essential to work organized and manage your time effectively. You should handle changing priorities and stressful situations well and possess strong analytical skills for daily problem-solving.Teamwork is crucial, both within the support team and with Developers, Business Consultants, and Project Managers.
