Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
* Develop strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
* Utilize your strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings.
* Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
* Coach and develop team members to maximize their potential.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of field sales experience and 1 year of people management. A college degree or equivalent experience is also required.
