Working Student – Security, Risk & Compliance (all genders)
Introduction
Join our Operational Excellence, Risk, Compliance and Security Assurance team in Erding and support key activities that help keep Amadeus secure and compliant. This is a great opportunity to develop hands-on experience in information security and compliance frameworks while working in a collaborative and learning‑focused environment.
Summary of the role
* Support daily tasks related to processes, compliance frameworks, and security standards.
* Contribute to documentation management, reporting, and data entry.
* Assist with the review and implementation of policies and internal controls (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC).
* Work closely with the Associate Director and team members on operational and budget processes.
* Use tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to support team activities.
* Gain practical experience in security, risk, compliance, and process excellence.
* Be part of a team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
We'd love to meet you if you:
* Are currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in IT, security, business, or a related field.
* Are interested in information security, compliance, or operational processes.
* Have good communication and organizational skills.
* Are comfortable working with digital tools such as Excel, SharePoint, or Power BI.
* Enjoy working collaboratively and learning in a dynamic environment.
* Can work part‑time (20 hours per week) from Erding.
* Bring curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to grow.
