Experimentation Leadership: Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and growth experiments, rapidly iterating based on data, and driving projects from hypothesis to measurable impact. Actionable Product Insights: Deliver actionable recommendations for product features, onboarding flows, and personalization, tracking implementation through to business impact. Build & Maintain Dashboards: Develop and operationalize real-time dashboards (Power BI or similar) for core growth KPIs, ensuring stakeholders always have access to relevant and actionable data. Drive Execution Across Teams: Partner closely with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, and Data Product Owners to turn insights into shipped product and campaign improvements. Lifecycle & Cohort Analysis: Execute advanced cohort and segmentation analyses, pinpointing key growth levers and enabling precise targeting of high-value users. Continuous Improvement: Monitor growth initiatives post-launch, quantify impact, and iterate rapidly based on data—never satisfied with the status quo. Champion Data Quality: Work closely with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and usability of data assets powering growth analytics.
