As a Senior DA on our Developer Experience team, you'll combine your software development expertise with your passion for building and nurturing developer communities across German-speaking countries. Basic Qualifications - Native-level German language skills and fluent English - 5 years experience in software development in professional environments - Strong understanding of open source ecosystems and community dynamics - Experience with modern development tools and practices Preferred Qualifications - Active contributor to open source AI projects - Track record of community building and developer advocacy - History of technical content creation (blogs, talks, videos, etc.) - Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS knowledge a plus) - Understanding of the DACH region's technical ecosystem - Experience in organizing or leading open source initiatives or events - Willingness to travel within the DACH region Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
