Your mission
* Management of two teams
o Internal software development: 1 team leader + 9 developers
o Webshop development: 1 project manager + 6 developers
* Work on the optimisation and further development of applications
* Conduct HR requirement analyses in collaboration with your team leaders
* Plan training and certification measures and support individual career planning for your team members
* Cooperate closely with our internal IT department and report directly to the CIO
* Further develop the road map in collaboration with the CIO
Your profile
* Completion of an apprenticeship/traineeship or a university or technical college degree in computer science, or several years of professional experience in the field
* At least 3 years’ experience in software development
* Comprehensive analytical and statistical skills
* A structured, result-oriented and independent way of working backed by project management skills
* The ability to work flexibly and in a team
* Very good German and English skills
