YOUR TASKS
1. You independently manage and advise a PAYBACK partner.
2. You coordinate collaboration with numerous internal and external specialists and oversee the implementation of complex IT projects.
3. Your heart beats for CRM, and you optimize your partner’s strategy across all PAYBACK channels while supporting their digital transformation.
4. You plan and are responsible for the ongoing analysis of data-driven multichannel campaigns.
5. You create annual plans and monthly forecasts and take responsibility for achieving targets.
6. You manage complex proposal processes, lead negotiations, and successfully guide them through to contract signing.
7. You prepare high-quality presentations for management level and present the content in a compelling way.
YOUR PROFILE
8. You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
9. You bring more than 5 years of experience in key account management or project management.
10. You have experience in independently managing complex, cross-functional projects.
11. You enjoy negotiations and have a confident demeanor.
12. You are strong in communication and assertiveness, have a good head for numbers, and are highly customer- and results-oriented.
13. Your proactive attitude and enthusiasm set you apart.
14. Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
