Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Supervision and optimization of welding processes in production while adhering to cost, quality, and deadline objectives
* Planning, procurement, and supervision of automated and semi-automated welding systems in collaboration with ME and suppliers
* Ensuring and regularly reviewing welding quality as well as optimal design of weld joints with product development
* Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for production, planning, and projects
* Support in training, onboarding new employees, and participation in shopfloor management
* Participation in continuous improvement processes (Kaizen) as well as support in risk assessments
This is what you bring to us:
* Completed vocational training in metalworking (industrial mechanic/toolmaker) or equivalent
* Relevant professional experience in handling robots, preferably KUKA
* Independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working style
* Team-oriented working style
* Good communication skills (presentation, moderation)
* Good computer skills
