Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Support for electrical test benches in series production, including maintenance, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting
* Point of contact for production regarding technical issues in the area of electrical testing processes
* Systematic troubleshooting of defective parts at BOL/EOL in collaboration with quality
* Definition, design, and setup of measurement masters as well as small electrical systems
* Execution and documentation of regular ESD audits and ESD measurement
This is what you bring to us:
* Technician/master's degree in a suitable field in the area of electrical engineering and several years of experience in the electronics sector in the automotive/supplier industry and the processes of the automotive industry
* Ideally, training as an electrical specialist
* In-depth knowledge of analog, digital, and measurement technology
* In-depth knowledge in the areas of: CAN/BUS software (e.g., Vector CANoe), CAN/LIN bus communication protocols, NI TestStand, NI LabView, measurement systems (e.g., Stahl HV test systems / Bender insulation monitors), knowledge of embedded systems and control units
* Ideally, experience in handling PLC controls and their visualization interfaces (Siemens S7 TIA, Beckhoff)
* Analytical skills as well as independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working methods
* A high degree of teamwork, independence, commitment, and flexibility
* Very good German language skills, good English language skills in spoken and written form
