We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales & Strategy Support Lead to join our Strategic Engagement Team based in Munich. As an Inside Sales & Strategy Support Lead, (ISR) you are working with the Strategic Engagement Team, field sales and marketing to cross-sell to existing and new Experience Cloud customers. The ISR plays a crucial role in the early stages of the Amplify Engagement you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying and supporting in delivering Amplify projects. Working alongside a team of Strategic Engagement Executives, you will be responsible for coordinating teams to ensure the availability of digital assets for the program are in place. Furthermore, you will be responsible in ensuring all Adobe customers receive an industry leading customer experience with every interaction they have with Adobe. This role focuses on customers from various industries, working to expand their current Experience Cloud footprint with Adobe. What you’ll do: Drive and support the Strategic Engagement Team in delivering AMPLIFY Engagements Act as a liaison between the consulting team and other departments (e.g., digital strategy group, sales, marketing, consulting) Assist customers in understanding Adobe enterprise solutions, configuration, environment and how they fit within their current infrastructure and business processes. Ability to understand complex business environments and uncover customer issues, process problems, and translate need into business opportunities. Engage in quarterly targeted call campaigns from designated prospect lists provided by Field Sales Marketing and your managed account list. Support the team to build pipeline of new engagements in planning outreaches Facilitate internal knowledge sharing through documentation, templates, and playbooks Support in planning and facilitating Vision Workshops What you’ll need to succeed: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior inside/outside sales experience, preferably in Software industry Proven experience in account management or strategy development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
