The impact you will make
As Manager Recruiting you'll work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across the organization to identify, engage, and bring onboard exceptional technical and non-technical talent. You'll be a strategic partner, a creative problem-solver, and a champion of the candidate experience, helping Marvel Fusion attract the best minds to build technology that truly brings laser fusion to the world.
Your responsibilities
* Collaborate with leaders across Science, Engineering, and G&A teams to understand their evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and offers - ensuring every step is smooth and candidate-centric
* Craft innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, tapping into networks, events, and passive talent pools
* Provide hiring teams with clear, insightful data and market intelligence to support smart hiring decisions
* Build and nurture talent pipelines through personalized outreach and employer branding initiatives that showcase what makes Marvel Fusion unique
* Be an advocate for candidates, making sure their experience reflects the excellence Marvel Fusion stands for
What you bring
* At least 8 years of experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments
* Proven experience in active sourcing and building strong tech talent pipelines and pools
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders
* Comfortable adapting to change and juggling priorities in a dynamic, evolving workplace
* Profound experience in the use of application management systems and databases
* Project management experience, as well as strengths in prioritization and the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
* A genuine passion for people, technology, and making meaningful connections
