Customer Service & Back Office Associate
Location: Harsum, Lower Saxony, Germany

Salary: €39,000 – €47,000 gross/year (incl. 13th salary)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service & Back Office Associate to join a dynamic Customer Dialog Center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring high-quality service and efficient back-office support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate service information and route requests to relevant specialists
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Perform back-office processing and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Support service KPIs (response time, resolution rate, efficiency)
Requirements
Must-Have:
Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., business, administration)
German language proficiency at C2 level
Initial experience in customer service (call, email, or chat support)
Willingness to work shifts:
* Mon–Thu: 08:00–18:00
* Fri: 08:00–16:00
* Minimum 2 afternoon shifts required
Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Nice-to-Have:
Knowledge of retail banking products (accounts, cards, loans)
Experience in call centers or banking environments
Familiarity with cooperative banking systems
Experience & Education
0–1 year of experience in customer service or similar roles
Vocational/commercial training required (no degree needed)

€39K–€47K gross/year (including 13th salary)
