Job Title: Commercial Manager DACH
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their individual needs, and managing the entire customer portfolio.

* Manage the entire customer portfolio, including offers, contract negotiations, and ensuring high-quality on-time delivery for leading players in the construction and real estate sector
* Work closely with internal project teams to implement customer-specific solutions while adhering to timelines and quality standards
* Identify market potential and develop new business opportunities within the building solutions segment
* Utilize and maintain the CRM system to support data analysis, reporting, and optimization of sales processes
* Provide leadership and coaching to team members to support ongoing development and goal achievement

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a completed university degree or technical/commercial training with relevant additional qualifications. You should be fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, and have extensive professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the construction sector.
You will also need to have proven experience in project-related sales and team leadership, as well as strong market and customer orientation with solid experience in key account management and a proven track record in building up new customers.
A high level of technical expertise and experience in evaluating and implementing customer requirements is essential, as well as a self-starter mentality with a high willingness to travel.
