MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.
Your profile
* First and Second German State Exam with good results or a Business Lawyer with a Bachelor's/Master's Degree, or comparable law degree in another country
* Up to 2 years of professional work experience
* Business relevant topics in Bachelor, Master Thesis would be an avantage
* Good understanding of business constellations and the technical design of products in the Automotive Business
* Special legal expertise would be an advantage (e.g. data protection, anti trust law, IT law, IP law, contract law)
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Power to drive things and embrace the change
* Cultural awareness, intercultural competence
* Ability to quickly build a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
* Willingness to constantly learn in general and about the Automotive Business in particular and develop furthers skills
* Fluency in English, knowledge of German language would be an advantage
Your tasks
* Provide legal consultancy to all relevant business areas in Germany and other European locations of MPE in business law (e.g. civil, commercial, antitrust, IP)
* Draft, review and evaluate contracts (supply, sales, development and other service agreements), internal guidelines, policies and regulations as well as support their implementation
* Support business in its internal decision-making processes and negotiations with business partners as well as with general legal requests
* Word together and in alignment with the PAN-EU General Legal Counsel and in first instance with the senior colleague in the MPE Parts Legal team
* Research and create internal presentations and other documents
* Perform legal training
* Perform other duties as assigned
