Post-Merger Integration Excellence
ZEISS is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Post-Merger Integration Manager.
This role involves developing integration strategies in collaboration with business segments and strategic business units, based on newly defined company standards for post-merger processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive approaches for post-merger integration and separation planning to ensure successful implementation.
* Ensure compliance of all post-merger activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
* Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable seamless integration and separation of systems, processes, and technologies.
* Active involvement in due diligence processes to define the post-merger and separation strategy, as well as to identify risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience as a post-merger integration/separation manager in a mid-large sized matrix organization or as a consultant, with at least 10 years of working experience, for which 5 years in a corporate environment.
* Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams (Program or Project Management Certification a plus).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* English proficiency is a must, any other language is a plus.
