Salary:
* €1,200 – €1,300 gross per month (depending on the project)
* Paid 14 times per year
Bonus:
* Additional performance-based bonus depending on the project

Your Responsibilities
* Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email
* Provide accurate information and effective solutions

Requirements
Fluency in German (C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 level)
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Customer support experience is a plus
