Stellenbeschreibung
* Du führst das Recruiting-Team, USB Windows responsible for resources planning (Time, personal, costs) and work closely with the CHRO.
* With an outcome and development-oriented leadership you shape employee conversations, develop your seven team members target, and foster effective, trustworthy collaboration.
* Overall control, further development and consistent implementation of all recruiting processes are your responsibilities.
* You establish transparent KPI reporting, ensure high data quality and derive effective optimizing measures along the recruiting funnel, supported by modern analysis and AI tools.
* The active and target-oriented candidate search is developed and managed strategically and embeds sustainable sourcing approaches within the team.
* The coordination of all recruiting activities and personnel needs with departments is ensured and you operate operationally within departmental support.
* You steer collaboration with external partners, including budget planning and outsourcing, within the release limits.
Qualifikationen
* Completed degree in business or humanities or comparable qualification.
* Years of recruitment experience plus at least three years of leadership experience.
* Fundamental knowledge in steering and further development of recruiting processes, structures, and talent acquisition methods.
* Analytical skills, centraal data competency and confident use of KPI logic, Power BI and AI applications (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, LinkedIn Talent Insights, chatbots).
* Experience in personnel acquisition, target group specific outreach of suitable candidates, social media strategies and active sourcing.
* Knowledge of labour market trends, ideally supplemented with knowledge of the energy sector, from which you derive effective recruiting measures and advise leaders strategically.
* Convincing presence, high communictbl competency in leadership, consulting, conflict resolution and fluent German and English.
