Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be responsible for curating large volumes of structured and unstructured data. You will perform data cleansing, visualization, modeling and interact with various stakeholders within AT (Advanced Therapies). You will be responsible to create AI based solutions and services to support R&D product development. You will be responsible to create data storage, processing and lineage strategies for Machine Data & Clinical data of AT products. You have several years of professional experience with data technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, MongoDB, Pandas or Hive. You have experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud). You possess strong programming skills in Python and solid SQL expertise. You have hands ‑ on experience in building machine learning and deep learning models including LLM’s for NLP, CV, Predictive analytics. You have the ability to deploy and support Generative AI models and monitor them. You have experience or initial exposure to MLOps; knowledge of MLflow is a plus. Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures and knowledge graphs is an advantage. You are able to drive complex projects from concept to productive output. We also welcome applicants holding a PhD degree. Alternatively, you bring a Bachelor’s degree combined with additional relevant professional experience in this field. Your attributes and skills: You have the ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment with international R&D, IT and business stakeholders across regions and time zones. You have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data landscapes, identify patterns, and translate insights into robust AI driven solutions. You have strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex data and AI topics to both technical and non ‑ technical audiences; German language skills are a plus.
