This is a permanent appointment with flexible working hours, available as either full or part time. As a Technical Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of property management, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. Manage and coordinate all technical maintenance and repair activities. Oversee the implementation of safety and compliance regulations. Conduct regular inspections and assessments of properties. Coordinate with service providers and contractors for maintenance work. Develop and manage budgets for technical operations. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and tenant complaints. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and professional experience in property management. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field. Proven experience in technical property management. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using property management software. Fluent in German; English proficiency is a plus.
