Position:
Senior Information Security Manager (m/f/d) (full-time, unlimited) based in Berlin, Münster, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, or Luxembourg with flexible working options.
Role Overview:
As part of our CISO's Consulting team, this role strengthens our second line of defense, managing and updating our information security framework, including documentation, controls, risk management, awareness, and metrics.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Management: Collaborate with Legal to review and update Riverty's information security requirements.
2. Control Framework: Maintain and update our standardized security and business continuity controls, overseeing the change board and internal communications.
3. Documentation Framework: Ensure policies, standards, and instructions accurately reflect our control framework.
4. Business Consultation: Support and advise internal teams on implementing security controls effectively.
5. Risk Management: Participate in risk assessments and support risk owners throughout the process.
6. Awareness & Outreach: Develop campaigns to promote security practices and foster a culture of resilience.
7. Metrics Framework: Maintain and connect data sources for security metrics and reporting.
Qualifications:
* Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or similar.
* At least seven years of experience in information security, preferably internationally.
* Recognized certification such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of risk assessment, security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), and ICT regulations.
* Deep understanding of IT landscapes, especially cloud (Azure) and agile development.
* Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in German.
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on enablement.
