Head of Building, Offices & Services (m/w/d) – Richemont
In line with the Richemont BOS strategy, the Head of BOS is responsible for the management and coordination of all BOS topics across Germany, Austria and Czech Republic. The head reports hierarchically to the local Managing Director / CFO and functionally to the Regional BOS Team while working closely with the Group Real Estate team.
Responsibilities
* Team Management (15%)
o Structure and manage the BOS team with relevant expertise for effectiveness and efficiency.
o Plan capacity and set priorities in alignment with local and regional stakeholders.
o Guide, support and advise the local BOS team to achieve defined targets.
o Develop the team to increase effectiveness and support members’ career aspirations.
* Operational Management for Offices & Boutiques (45%)
o Lead strategic projects and address structural issues.
o Ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
o Anticipate space and equipment needs of Maisons and Functions and ensure delivery.
o Act as key liaison with all landlords for BOS‑related topics.
o Lead BOS projects in coordination with Group Real Estate, Richemont Europe or local Management.
o Set up and enhance hospitality across Richemont sites to provide memorable experiences for employees, visitors and partners, following service excellence.
o Create standard operating procedures following Group guidelines.
o Coordinate and lead the implementation of new tools such as ServiceNow and WorkinSync.
o Sponsor the integration of boutique maintenance via an IFM solution.
* Digital Workplace (10%)
o Support an agile and hybrid flexible workplace through desk and room booking tools.
o Manage ticketing and planned maintenance via ServiceNow, pursuing a digital communication and escalation pathway and automation of planned maintenance in offices and boutiques.
o Monitor spaces to ensure operations and Group service level.
* CSR Environment (10%)
o Enforce Group’s environmental policy.
o Oversee annual building‑related reporting.
o Implement environmental initiatives linked to buildings (energy monitoring, waste management concept, environmental building certifications).
* Data, Budget and Optimisation (20%)
o Prepare budget and 3‑year plans.
o Report on building occupancy, environmental labels, energy consumption.
o Forecast HC growth in collaboration with Region, Maisons and HR; edit stacking plans and adapt the workplace accordingly.
o Manage contracts in line with Group and local procurement standards.
o Control BOS costs; collaborate with Finance to ensure correct payments and up‑to‑date reflection of all BOS‑related costs.
o Handle purchasing activity including accounting and licenses.
o Collaborate with other BOS leaders to adopt best practices and share insights.
Qualifications
* University graduate.
* 10 years experience within Facilities & BOS and 5 years management experience.
* Hospitality experience in hotels or luxury groups.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* People oriented and empathetic.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Diplomatic, service‑oriented and result‑oriented.
* Strong influence skills.

* Willing to travel approximately 30% of the time.
