* Document customer interactions carefully in the CRM for ongoing improvement.

Requirements
* Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for assisting others.
* Advanced Knowledge of Technical Support is an advantage.
* Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to different customer needs.
