Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in industrial manufacturing to appoint a Senior Director to lead the strategic transformation of the company’s global Supply Chain and E2E Lead-time and Delivery Performance Excellence across its entire worldwide footprint.

With operations spanning Europe, North America, and Asia, the business is committed to driving step-change improvements in lead time, on-time delivery, and working capital efficiency across all divisions and regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the end-to-end supply chain strategy with a focus on Lead-time and Delivery Performance Excellence, working with leaders at all levels – from corporate functions to divisional heads – to embed best practices, improve agility, and enable scalable operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead global transformation initiatives that strengthen supply chain, lead-time, on-time delivery, and delivery performance across all regions, segments, and divisions.
* Shape and drive the strategic direction of Supply Chain operations with a focus on E2E Lead-time and Delivery Performance Excellence across the business’s full global footprint.
* Collaborate with a global operations and supply chain community, ensuring seamless coordination between segment leadership and central functions such as IT, Procurement, and Legal.
* Champion best practice sharing and knowledge transfer across all business units.
* Identify and scale both physical and digital initiatives with the potential to deliver high-impact improvements in delivery performance and flexibility .
* Work alongside Lean and Factory Performance teams to integrate agile and data-driven operational models in manufacturing sites worldwide.
* Enable factories to respond to demand volatility through smarter, transparent, and connected supply chain solutions.
* Extensive travel to headquarters and global manufacturing sites is required to ensure alignment and drive execution.
Background & Skills:
* Deep, hands-on experience transforming Supply Chain, E2E lead-time, and delivery performance across large, complex, multinational organisations.
* Expertise in implementing and sustaining Lean and SIOP processes on a global scale.
* Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills to deliver measurable outcomes.
* Proven leadership in matrix organisations, with the ability to influence across regions, cultures, and business units.
* A passion for innovation and digital enablement in supply chain, including areas like analytics, IoT, and agile operating models.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the gravitas to lead at the highest level.
* Willingness and flexibility to travel globally as part of a truly international remit.
