IT Support (f/m/d)

I’m working with a well-established software product company in the FinTech space, building platforms used by major financial institutions for AML, KYC, and fraud detection.
Following a merger a couple of years ago, their internal IT support function hasn’t been fully rebuilt, as such this role is a chance to step in, take ownership, and shape how internal IT support is done going forward.
What you’ll be doing
* 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and applications
* Setup and lifecycle management of laptops and end-user devices
* Support onboarding and offboarding (accounts, access, equipment)
* Troubleshoot issues in a structured way and escalate where needed
* Support internal infrastructure and security processes
* Manage hardware rollouts, upgrades, and replacements
* Maintain asset tracking and documentation
* Work with international teams and external providers
Tech environment
* Windows, macOS, Linux
* Microsoft 365
* Intune, Jamf
* End-user hardware and device management
* Basic infrastructure and server exposure
What they’re looking for
* 3 to 5 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk
* Hands-on, practical approach to problem solving
* Strong communication skills and service mindset
* Structured way of working, not guesswork
* Fluent German and English
