Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer inquiries and preparing quotations using the CRM system
Managing complex customer projects, including analysis and recommendations for action
Project management within the framework of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Product positioning and pricing
Digitalization of the pricing process
Identification of automation potential (e.g., AI)
Central point of contact for digitalization topics in Product Management and interface for cross-company projects
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training (business-related vocational qualification)
Several years of professional experience (ideally 3–7 years)
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with CRM, SAP, or Teamcenter is an advantage
Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
Independent and structured way of working
Team player with strong communication skills
Analytical thinking and organizational skills
Reliability and confident demeanor
