Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (m/f/d)
Our client is a fast-growing digital consulting organisation specialising in end-to-end business transformation, SAP solutions, and HR IT modernisation across the DACH region and beyond. With a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central, the organisation supports enterprise clients in designing, implementing, and optimising cloud-based HR landscapes.
We are currently seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join a high-performing consulting team delivering complex HR transformation projects in both national and international environments.
This role focuses on the design, implementation, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions within large-scale HR transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting both strategic design decisions and hands-on system configuration.
You will be involved in end-to-end project delivery, from requirement gathering and solution design through to deployment, testing, and post-go-live support, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects
Support end-to-end project delivery including design, build, testing, and deployment
Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations
Contribute to continuous system improvement and optimisation post-implementation
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation projects
Hands-on configuration experience in Employee Central
Knowledge of business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, and data models
Experience with at least 1–2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors projects (end-to-end)
Understanding of integration scenarios (SAP S/4HANA or SAP HCM beneficial)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central or related modules)
Recruiting, Onboarding)
Experience in international or multi-country rollouts
Experience working in consulting environments
