Seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
In this role, you will engage with mid-market and enterprise clients via various channels, establishing contact with key stakeholders and introducing them to our innovative technology solutions. You will work closely with your team and manager to build a compelling story, drive interest, and deliver meetings for Account Executives with quality stakeholders.
A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. They will also possess a natural curiosity and desire to learn about client needs and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
The ideal candidate will have experience in BDR sales or similar roles, graduated with at least a bachelor's degree, and be passionate about forward-thinking software and technology. They should also be willing to mentor less experienced colleagues and adapt their communication style to different audiences.
