For the series support of mechanical and further development of mechanical and electromechanical gas regulators (such as pressure, constant pressure, and differential pressure regulators) for combustion processes in industrial and commercial applications, we are looking for reinforcement for our HTS development team at the Lotte site starting in the third quarter of 2025.
Your tasks:
1. Series support and further development of the existing pressure regulator product program according to EN88-1 and EN88-2
2. Participation in the further development or new development of mechanical and electromechanical controllers or other development projects as required
3. Planning, execution, and evaluation of qualification test series
4. Participation in KVP, value engineering, and quality improvement projects
5. Collaboration with testing agencies for worldwide product approvals (., CE, FM, UL, and SIL/PL)
6. Support of the quality department in customer and supplier complaints
7. Conducting technical product and cost analyses
8. Concept creation, prototype development, and validation
9. Close cooperation with laboratory technicians
Your profile:
10. Completed studies in mechatronics or mechanical engineering
11. Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
12. Teamwork, self-organization, and flexibility
13. High degree of independence and the ability to familiarize yourself with new subject areas
14. Experience with 3D CAD systems (preferably Creo Direct Modeling / Creo Parametric)
Advantageous:
15. Knowledge and experience with products from combustion technology
16. Knowledge and experience in the design of aluminum die-cast or sand-cast components
17. Knowledge of control and flow technology (pressure/temperature/volume)
18. Knowledge and experience with elastomer materials for seals and membranes in gas devices and gas systems
19. Application of common office tools, the CAD system PTC / Creo, and possibly SAP
20. Structured, systematic approach as well as pronounced innovation and quality awareness
