Hauptaufgaben As a team member of the Regional Cyber Center – Europe (RCC-E), Sustainment Division, Internal Services Branch (ISB), employee serves as an IT Specialist (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) focusing on delivering customer and program support for business processes required by the RCC-E. Scope of duties and responsibilities include business processes and programs within the RCC-E, COOP Location, and processes extending to external organizations as required. Business processes include but are not limited to: Hand Receipt / Sub-Hand Receipt Holder program, Government Purchase Card (GPC) program, Defense Travel System (DTS) program, Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) program, Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) program, Army Europe – Information Technology Training (AE-ITT) program, inventory management, and other business processes and programs that administratively support the RCC-E staff. The incumbent will work alongside other ISB team members in the Knowledge Management, Logistics, Human Resources, and IT Service Management Team and will provide business process assistance or management as directed. Incumbent must be knowledgeable in Microsoft SharePoint, as this solution is the primary means for Knowledge Management, Records Management, and IT Service Management Operations. Assists with entitlements and software assets. Assists in developing the strategy for optimal use of SharePoint portal and other collaborative tools within the organization. Participates in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new portal-based initiatives. Incumbent will be knowledgeable with Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) policies, procedures, and regulations regarding business processes and programs. Under normal day-to-day operations, incumbent is assigned responsibility for operating, managing, and improving the Unclassified business processes to include the workflow, documentation, management, and improvement in support of the ISB IT Service Management program. Responsible for managing access to systems through approved on-boarding processes, assigning users to specific groups, and de-provisioning users through approved out-processing processes. Reviews, interprets, and executes DOD, HQDA, and command policies and guidelines for data, workflow, and security. Performs other duties as assigned. Job related experience: Any work experience that involves the planning and delivery of customer support services, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training, in response to customer requirements. Includes experience in diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents; researching, evaluating, and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements; installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer hardware and software, and developing and managing customer service performance requirements. *Office automation skills required. *Applicant must be in the possession of a valid driver's license class B and must be able to obtain/maintain a military motor vehicle operator's license.
