The company offers a wide range of health products, including pharmaceuticals, homeopathics, and cosmetics We are looking for you as an Area Manager Middle East Africa Asia (MEAA) (m/f/d) Full-time employment Your tasks: * Insure annual turnover planning and budgets of his/her scope of business and assigned markets – takes a part in the full P&L management. * Sales partner management and partner support through regular business reviews. * Aid in the development of new markets and initiation of new product registrations in relation to the related R&D strategies – provide the needed support for successful product launches. * Compile business plans to serve as basis decision-making regarding investments, market entry, new licenses/registration, establishing proprietary organizations. * Provides input and insights on the Development and implementation of marketing concepts and sales promotion measures (ATL / BTL) in cooperation with sales partners and other internal interfaces. * Participate with the Head of PP MEAA in: * Assists in partner contracts development for MEAA markets. * Assists on Deciding the appropriate support activities. What you bring to the table: * University degree in business administration or economics or in scientific studies – MBA would be advantageous. * At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on OTC, Rx experience is desired – of these 3–5 years experience required in international OTC business.
