You raise the quality bar by writing lean, well-tested code (unit, integration, acceptance) and apply BDD where it adds value
You keep production healthy by instrumenting metrics, logs and traces while turning incidents into learning opportunities
Significant professional experience in delivering software to production
In one or two areas such as backend, data, observability or cloud, you bring deep expertise and connect dots across the stack
Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle, from requirements and design to implementation, testing and operations
Agile / Lean, BDD, DevOps / GitOps, multiple programming languages or Flutter / UI development
