About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Legal Counsel to join a lean legal team. The role offers exposure to a wide range of legal topics in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal support across various business functions, with a strong focus on data protection
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and internal policies
* Advise on corporate legal matters and compliance issues
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment across departments
* Support in managing external legal counsel when needed
Requirements
* Fully qualified lawyer (German Volljurist) or holds a Master\'s degree, LLM, or equivalent legal qualification
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a legal role (open to junior and more senior profiles)
* Strong background in data protection law
* Prior in-house or corporate legal experience
* Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset
