The company has a strong German project pipeline, including a major <strong>120 MW Solar PV + 200 MW BESS project</strong>, and offers a clear path toward future <strong>Country Manager Germany</strong> responsibilities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead <strong>utility-scale Solar PV, Wind and BESS</strong> projects from <strong>acquisition</strong> through permitting and <strong>Ready-to-Build</strong> status.</li><li><strong>Coordinate</strong> and manage external <strong>development partners</strong>, consultants, planners and technical advisors.</li><li>Oversee permitting, <strong>grid connection</strong>, stakeholder engagement and project execution.</li><li>Support project acquisitions, due diligence, commercial negotiations and development strategy.</li><li><strong>Manage project</strong> schedules, budgets, risks and reporting.</li><li>Build relationships with municipalities, landowners, grid operators and local stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to the growth of the German pipeline and future development team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5–10 years</strong> of <strong>renewable energy</strong> development experience in <strong>Germany</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of permitting, grid connection, and project development processes.</li><li><strong>Experience</strong> with <strong>utility-scale Solar PV, Wind, or BESS</strong> projects.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple external stakeholders.</li><li>Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills</li><li>Fluent German & English.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>High level of autonomy and ownership.</li><li>Opportunity to build and grow the German development platform.</li><li>Career progression toward a future Country Manager role.</li><li>Permanent employment contract through the German entity.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Optional – Final Comments</strong></p><p>If you are passionate and have the qualifications we are seeking, we would love to hear from you.
