The Senior Analyst Technical Customer Support is responsible for delivering training for current and future Beckman Diagnostics systems, applying skills-based classroom training and virtual training.
This position reports to the Munich Center of Excellence Training Manager and is part of the Global Professional Development department located in Munich and will be an on-site role.
Lead the development, execution and evaluation of technical training programs and support materials, using multiple learning platforms (i.e. classroom-based learning, e-learning, virtual, on-demand self-paced, and experiential learning opportunities)
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements such as: ISO, GMP and FDA. Deliver training to internal associates, channel partners and customers for set up, operation, calibration, quality control, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical instruments.
Execute predictive and regular maintenance, troubleshooting and repair for all instruments in the assigned laboratory.
