WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Technical and disciplinary management of the department
2. Cost center responsibility for the entire area
3. Responsibility for the development of new protection technologies
4. Release of department results and documents
5. Further development of protection and protection systems
6. Reorganization of the development for the area of protection and survivability across all Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH sites
The position can be filled at the Kassel, Kiel, Hamburg or Unterlüß sites.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
7. Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering with a focus on materials technology, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
8. Several years of disciplinary management experience
9. Strong specialist knowledge and professional experience in the field of protection & protection technologies
10. Confident appearance and strong leadership skills
11. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
12. Willingness to travel between the locations (Unterlüß, Kiel, Hamburg and Kassel)
