Job Summary:
This role encompasses the responsibilities of a Junior Product Manager, overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct customer visits across international markets to gather insights and define product requirements.
* Manage the entire product development process, ensuring alignment with global teams and ongoing relevance.
* Develop and lead marketing initiatives for Milwaukee Construction and Wet Concrete products.
* Coordinate product launches, including production planning, specifications, pricing, and market positioning.
* Presentation of products to customer groups and at industry events in EMEA regions.
* Distribution of training and technical support to European distributors and international sales teams.
* Collaboration with global development teams to ensure product direction and improvements.
* Creation of promotional materials with internal stakeholders and other departments.
