Senior Insurance Broker Partner Manager (m/f/x) Location: Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing insurance broker partners to sell our Cyber Insurance solution in collaboration with brokers. Act as the primary point of contact for broker accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Provide the basis for successful collaboration and ongoing development of business relationships with partners. Draft contracts and close deals, offering professional support to partners. Develop and deliver presentations, webinars, and resources to enhance broker effectiveness. Present our solutions at trade fairs and events. Develop close and cooperative partnerships with colleagues from Sales and Marketing. Qualifications Experience in distribution, marketplace, insurance broker or reseller partnerships. Strong analytical skills and solid strategic planning ability. Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset and team player, striving to find solutions. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written). Strong relationship‑building, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with ambitious targets. Understanding of cybersecurity landscape and ability to integrate it into partner/client/service models. Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
