IT Support Engineer - Berlin - 60k

Your Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-level support for our software products
* Actively communicate with customers to resolve technical issues
* Install, configure, and update our software solutions
* Conduct on-site customer training on our systems
* Independently analyze and troubleshoot software problems
* Document issues and solutions in our ticket system
* Create and update user manuals and documentation
* Perform software testing, document results, and manage software releases
Your Profile
* Degree in computer science, a related field, or completed vocational IT training
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support and customer service, ideally with system integration and testing
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Experience with databases (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL is a plus)
* Confident working with Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Linux Server environments
* Familiar with IT systems such as networking, virtualization, scripting, services, and monitoring tools like NAGIOS
* Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Fluent in German and English
