Companies spend millions on recruiting, yet still rely on expensive intermediaries, fragmented tools, and gut feeling. We are building an AI agent for talent that helps companies truly understand whom they need and objectively assess who fits — based on skills, likelihood to respond, and context, not stereotypes. Instead of automating broken processes, we rethink hiring from first principles and bring world-class headhunter quality to every hire, at enterprise scale.
