Job Opportunity: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to support our human resources department in an exciting maternity cover position.
This role will involve working closely with the HRBP Agile Lead and other teams to drive business objectives and employee engagement.
The Role:
* Support the execution of people programs and initiatives within designated client groups, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
* Manage escalations received from the HR Operations Centers and special projects as assigned, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and collaboration.
* Provide expert advice to management on employee-related issues, working closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for assigned client groups, driving business outcomes and growth.
* Drive talent agenda within client groups, focusing on recruitment, retention, and development.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field is required.
* At least 7 years' experience in HR Generalist, Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience in a dynamic global organization is necessary.
* Solid knowledge in labor law and cooperation with works council is essential.
* Experience managing investigations and employee relations is crucial.
* Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic matrix organization is preferred.
* Fluent German and English skills are mandatory.
