Provide disciplinary and technical leadership and drive the growth and personal development of the R&D Embedded Software Platform team of around 10 employees in Munich.Plan and execute the evolution of the embedded platform into a cloud infrastructure–ready platform, including roadmap definition, migration strategy, and rollout in partnership with key stakeholders.Shape the platform software strategy underpinning the next generation of Software Defined Radios for mobile radio testing.Collaborate closely with international development teams, with a strong interface to product-specific software departments.Champion the technological and methodological evolution of our software, fostering innovation, best practices, and engineering excellence across the team.Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of cross-functional Embedded Linux platform components. #J-18808-Ljbffr
