KG Organization SE CEO Business Unit Company Development Full / Part time Part-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) Location: MCH PMode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed TermA Snapshot of Your Day As a Working student in our Venture Clienting team, you will support activities at the interface of innovation, startups, and business units. Your focus will be on communications and marketing, supporting a Venture Clienting event in May, and assisting the team in their day-to-day operations.You will work closely with team members and internal stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in an international, dynamic environment.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support internal and external communication activities ( intranet, internal social platforms, LinkedIn) and to creating communication materials such as presentations, visuals, short texts, and overviews
2. Support storytelling and visibility of Venture Clienting activities, startup collaborations, and pilot projects
3. Support planning and preparation of a Venture Clienting / Innovation event scheduled for May and to the daily activities of the Venture Clienting team
4. Assist with agenda coordination, speaker alignment, logistics, and invitations and execution of the event and post-event communication activities
5. Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination and to the ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects
6. Conduct basic research and help structure information for internal use
What You Bring
7. Current studies with a focus on economics, communication, marketing, innovation, sustainability, engineering, or a comparable field
8. Fluent German skills are mandatory, with very good English skills
9. Interest in innovation, startups, and technology-driven topics
10. Strong communication skills and a structured, reliable way of working
11. Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
12. Confident with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); experience with communication tools or social media platforms is a plus
