For our partner company we are looking for a 2nd-Level-Supporter (m/f/d) as part of a direct placement (permanent position with our client).
In this role you will be responsible for 2nd level support with a focus on hardware and VPN.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.

Your tasks
8. Solving and processing technical faults as part of second-level support
9. Configuration and installation of hardware and VPN connectors
10. Advising users via remote maintenance (TeamViewer)
11. Documenting tickets and ensuring service quality as part of IT support
Your profile
12. Experience in IT support and processing technical faults
13. Knowledge in the areas of: Operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network technology (routers, firewalls, VPN)
14. Structured and analytical way of working
15. Very good written and spoken German
