Field Service Engineer – Industrial Machinery & Recycling (M/F) – Central/Southern Germany (Fully Remote)

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of large-scale industrial recycling installations. You are a key representative of the company in the field, working directly with customers and making a tangible difference every day.
1. Fully remote – Central/Southern Germany – Kassel
2. Frequent travel within the region
3. Daily travel from home base – frequent driving
Your Responsibilities
4. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex industrial machinery
5. Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
6. Ensure installations are fully operational and performing optimally
7. Carry out installation, commissioning, and delivery of new equipment
8. Support the installation of new sorting systems and machines
9. Provide technical guidance and basic training to customers on equipment use and maintenance
10. Maintain strong, direct relationships with clients – you are the face of the company on-site
Ideal Profile
11. Proven experience in industrial maintenance (2/3+ years minimum)
12. Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic skills
13. Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working independently in the field
14. Willingness to travel extensively and spend significant time on the road
15. Valid driver’s license required
16. Fluent German (native level) and professional level of English required
