* Close cooperation with architects to successfully pass on specialist knowledge, requirements, and solutions as a multiplier.
* Conception and further development of code design guidelines and architecture standards for Android.
* Carrying out technical reviews and establishing best practices.
* Being a technical sparring partner for developers, product owners, and UX.
* Driving innovation in Android projects within interdisciplinary and international product development teams.
* Applying our guidelines independently and implementing critical or particularly complex passages - from conception to implementation.
* Working closely with development teams and business units, making architecture decisions confidently even under pressure, and providing clarity in complex projects.
* Taking responsibility for overall technical solutions, promoting best practices, and establishing architectures that enable innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Überzeugendes Profil
Technical expertise:
* Completed studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification with 10+ years of professional experience.
* At least 4+ years of experience in professional Android development.
* Proven expertise in the design of modular and maintainable app architectures.
* In-depth knowledge of code design, clean code, and architecture principles (e.g. MVVM, MVI).
* Excellent knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android Architecture Components.
* Experience with Gradle and persistent database systems such as Room or technologically equivalent alternatives.
* Deep understanding of Android system architecture, performance optimization, and UI design principles.
* Experienced in agile working methods.
Social skills:
* High level of self-responsibility and structured working style.
* Strong communication skills (excellent English; Portuguese and/or German are a plus) and team spirit.
* Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
