Your Responsibilities
* You craft perfect coffee beverages and present them with passion and expertise.
* You competently advise our guests on our coffee selection and other beverages.
* You create an inviting and pleasant atmosphere that makes our guests and members feel special.
* You work in the exclusive Ambassadors Club, a unique space combining co-working, social events, and well-being experiences.
* You assist with the organization and execution of club events and are always available to support our guests.
* You are knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings and eager to provide helpful recommendations.
Your Profile
* You have experience as a barista and a deep interest in high-quality coffee beverages.
* You are skilled in various coffee preparation methods and have an understanding of different coffee roasts.
* You have experience in the hospitality industry and know how to delight and engage guests.
* You communicate professionally and warmly, both with guests and team members.
* You are fluent in both German and English, and additional language skills are a plus.
* You have a strong interest in premium drinks and design.
* You stay organized and efficient even in a fast-paced environment.
* You enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
