Your mission
* Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and services used in our financial analytics environment
* Implement and optimize LLM-based features, including fine-tuning and evaluation improvements
* Build and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and work with vector databases
* Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern LLM agent frameworks into our systems
* Improve CI/CD and deployment workflows in Kubernetes environments (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm)
* Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers and other technical teams
* Contribute ideas, improvements and innovations to continuously advance our AI and data infrastructure
Your profile
* Degree in Data Science, Information Engineering or a related field
* 3–5 years of professional experience in an AI/ML engineering environment
* Proven track record in developing productive AI applications, especially with LLMs
* Strong Python programming skills
* Proficiency when working with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or ArgoCD required
* High attention to detail, precise working style and strong focus ability
* Strong interest in stock markets, capital markets and financial systems
* Very good communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus
