Our client, a dynamic global startup offering a data-driven Risk Mining SaaS solution that ensures ongoing financial compliance for enterprises and is an endorsed partner of SAP, is seeking a Sales Director in Germany (Remote). The ideal candidate would play a pivotal role in establishing strategic partnerships with SAP, execute sales strategies, identifying and seizing new opportunities to drive revenue growth across the DACH region.
Responsibilities:
* Spearhead the launch of a new sales channel through collaborative partnerships with SAP.
* Develop and execute bold sales strategies to drive revenue growth across DACH.
* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within the SAP ecosystem, leveraging their expertise to drive success.
* Lead business development efforts in the vibrant DACH region, identifying and seizing new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with market demand and product offerings.
* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and innovative sales approaches.
* Ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives, maintaining focus on results.
Requirements:
* 5-10 year of experience in senior account executive roles, with a focus on the DACH region and enterprise-size customers.
* Experience with B2B Enterprise SAAS solution.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technology-driven environment.
* Deep understanding of SAP systems and solutions.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
