A leading manufacturer of wheelchair securement and occupant restraint systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Germany and the Benelux region. This strategic role includes managing two Area Sales Managers and developing strong customer relationships in the mobility and automotive sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies within the assigned region
* Manage and mentor two Area Sales Managers
* Build strong relationships with clients and partners
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
* Provide technical guidance on product solutions
* Monitor performance metrics and report to senior leadership
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
* B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive, mobility, or safety-critical environments
* Leadership experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Fluency in English and German; Dutch a plus
